Delivery and Shipping Policy
1. Most items are in stock and ready to ship. If you order an item that is not in stock, we will take the full amount of the orders as security payment for the pre-order. We will provide you with an ETA, but please note that the arrival time of the goods might vary subject to the availability of the official seller, weather, customs, and other unexpected conditions.
3. For domestic orders in Hong Kong, items will be dispatched within 1-3 working days upon receiving the full payment. Dispatch times might vary subject to the delay resulting from postal delays, or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
4. Most domestic orders within Hong Kong are shipped via SF Express/Gogox delivery/Lalamove van service. The shipping time is 1-3 business days depending on the method of shipment you choose. If you choose the option of SF Express, please note that the orders are usually picked up before 1 pm Hong Kong time of the business day.
5. For international orders, the shipping costs are based on your location and the total shipping weight of your order. We can ship by EMS, FedEx or any other mutually agreed logistics company or method. Delivery time varies according to your location but usually, it should be delivered within 10 business days excluding customs clearance and local delivery. You are responsible for any charges, tax, and duty imposed by your government if any.
6. For international orders, please check with us the final shipping cost and options before confirming your orders. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your orders. International payment takes time and may need to be verified. Customs clearing and documenting are more complicated than domestic orders thus a certain amount of time is needed before the goods are picked up.

Return and exchange policy
1. Please review and report all issues, damages, or discrepancies immediately upon receiving your order. We are not responsible for any breakage or damage after the good(s) has/have been accepted.
2. The item(s) sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except for any defective issue caused by manufacturing defects, missing parts, or other problems originating prior to the shipment.
3. For overseas customers, we accept returns only if there is an issue with custom clearing that you decide to return the goods to us. The goods must be returned back to us in sellable conditions in all original packaging in order to be eligible for a refund. You shall receive a full refund minus all the shipping costs and payment/bank charges and a 15 percent restocking fee will be applied. All returns must be authorized first by a written confirmation. Custom-made and special-order items are not exchangeable.
4. If the package is seized or forfeited by your local customs or government department, you will not be eligible for a refund.
5. In the rare event that the goods arrive damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for writing to us by email, Whatsapp, or through Instagram inbox within 24 hours of receipt. The customer is to save all packaging and shipping materials until notified otherwise and provide a picture of the goods as evidence of damage. Exchange won't be accepted if you fail to follow the rule.
6. All returns of goods must be shipped back to us within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original condition and complete in order to receive a refund.
